The boots caught my eye as I walked by the store during my visit to Melbourne. Fortunately, my size was still available. I went home with more shoes than anticipated 😂. I have always found the quality of the shoes & handbags @ Peter Shepherd , of a very high standard . Well made from all over the world with a huge variety to choose from. However it’s the staff here that really shine & make it an old fashioned & unique experience. They are wonderful & professional , measure your size and have a wide product knowledge . Special mention to Polly in Melbourne, who is always presentable , friendly and never pressures me to buy. Never change your approach & strategy with customers ✨✨⭐️💫

I visited this store a couple of times. I am giving one star only because the shoes are good quality. On every visit, I found the staff very rude and pushy. At the beginning they seem very friendly but as soon as you can’t match your shoe size or not buying any shoe after trying a few pairs, they almost blame you. As if its your fault that your shoe size don't match or something wrong with your taste of shoes. They also try to sell you different pattern of shoes when you particularly ask for a specific shoe. I would suggest to lower your expectations of good customer service if you are visiting.

I've always received exceptional service in the Collins St store. I just bought a pair of boots from their website and it was sent by courier to my door less than 5 hours later, free of charge! Very happy customer :)

My grandmother and I visited this store on the 27th of August and had a wonderful experience with a lady named Lucy. After a negative experience with a rude staff member in 2022, my grandma was hesitant to return. However, we are grateful we did as she found a very comfortable pair of shoes that she loves. Lucy thank you for your patience and excellent service.

My shopping experience at Peter Sheppard was exceptional. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble as I searched for Mother of the Groom shoes. Nina and her colleagues offered wonderful service, with a smile, I highly recommend this shop for quality footwear and outstanding assistance.
